Return Process

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

  2. Once you receive your RA number, carefully package the item to be returned, including all original packaging and accessories.

  3. Clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the package.

  4. Send the item back to us, using a trackable and insured shipping method. Keep the tracking information for your records.

  5. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or replacement.
